While we take every reasonable step to ensure the safety, durability, and quality of our garments, concrete-based clothing is not designed for extreme physical activity, water submersion, or heavy impact. Customers are responsible for using and wearing products in a reasonable and appropriate manner.

CÈMENTE.ME shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, discomfort, allergic reaction, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Products
All of our garments are handmade and created as individual pieces. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in texture, shape, color, and finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the unique character of our concrete garments and may differ slightly from the product photos shown on our website.

You may return any item within the specified return period, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
